[31/03/2010] How to buy Portable Dual DVD Player

Step 1

Research Dual DVD Players on our website in Reviews section. A Player that fits in your car also will fit in a minivan or any other big car. There are no specific requirements for that. Check the prices and make sure that you have warranty included for at least 1 year. More known brands may have better quality but it comes with higher price.

Step 2

Check the specification. Make sure it has everything you need. Determine what format is supported by the DVD player: DVD-R. DVD-RW and DVD-ROM. If you want to play DVDs or CDs you've created at home, check if the unit you intend to purchase is compatible. Some units are also compatible with popular format DiVx

Step 3

Install the player unit in an accessible spot in your vehicle. Then install the monitors in the most appropriate spots for viewing. Study photos of installed monitors and adapt the same ideas.

Step 4

Consider add-on features to enhance the performance of your DVD system. Headphones are essential and usually come with the player. Also consider special speakers, LCD or TFT monitors, adapters and DVD storage cases. If you want to use the player at home make sure it comes with power supply.
