The PHILIPS PET707 is a portable DVD player with a second 7’’ screen which allows you to play one movie across both screens at the same time. This model supports various DVD and CD formats and is capable of playing VCD, audio CD, MP3 music and even display JPEG picture files. The DVD player uses the 16:9 wide screen format that allows you to play high definition movies without any loss of picture quality.
The built-in stereo speaker is another feature of this model that ensures high quality audio and jacks for headphones are also available. The DVD player and the second screen can be easily mounted on the headrests in a matter of minutes and securely attached to them with the help of the smart car mount kit. The two drawbacks of this product are the fact that mounted screens are positioned a few inches away from the headrests and that presents safety hazard, and the great number of wires used.

I got the DVD player about six months ago and I use it quite often since I travel with my whole family every weekend. The picture and sound are great and so are the built-in speakers which are loud enough; I also like the fact that you can plug your headphones as well and the only thing that doesn’t impress me is the bad wiring.
This is lovely in-car DVD player and even though it is my first one, I absolutely love it and am impressed with the solid video and audio, the wide picture format and the ease of use.
